My favourite books and films

My favorite books is Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck by Mark Manson and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. These three books really change the way I think about life and success.

The first one, Can’t Hurt Me, talk about mental strength and discipline. David Goggins had a very hard life when he was young. He was poor and fat, and people laugh at him. But one day he decide to change everything. He became a Navy Seal and a runner. He shows that the only limits are in our mind. This book motivates me a lot to work harder and never give up, even when it’s difficult.

The second book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck, is about how to be happy and free. Mark Manson say that we can’t care about everything, and that’s ok. We must choose what is really important for us. I like this book because it makes me feel better and more relax about life.

The last book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, explains how to have good habits and be more organized. Stephen Covey gives advice for school, work and relations with people. I think it’s very useful for young people like me.

My favorite movies are Rocky and The Pursuit of Happyness. Both are stories about people who fight for their dreams. Rocky shows that even when you lose, you can still be strong. The Pursuit of Happyness is very emotional, it shows a father who never give up. These two films inspire me a lot, same like my books, to always try my best in life.

In conclusion, these books and movies all teach me something important about life. They show that success is not about luck, but about effort, discipline and believing in yourself. When I read or watch them, I feel motivated to be a better person and to never give up on my goals. They remind me that even if life is hard sometimes, we can always keep fighting and move forward.
